  • Do you work weekends?

    No, but with enough advance notice we can usually book you in at a time that coincides with your property being empty but before keys are handed back. 

  • There are some stains, but we don’t know what they are

    We will evaluate them when we’re on site.

    As with all stains, if you’ve already tried other solutions on them please let us know. 


  • I need a receipt to show to my Property Manager

    No worries! We’ll email you a receipt of payment by 5pm on the day of your service.

  • Do you offer same-day bookings?

    Occasionally we can manage this but most often around a fortnight’s notice means we can make a time that works for you and us both. 

  • Can I just leave a key out for you on the day?

    If the services have been quoted for and pre-paid online, you’re welcome to leave the key out for us. 


    For all other bookings, we need to meet you there so we can do a walkthrough together and agree what’s being done. Payment is put through at this time also. 


    You’re welcome to stay, or leave us instructions on locking up when we’re finished.


  • How much will it cost?

    We can provide you with an estimate over the phone or by email when we have a few details from you about the property.

  • Will there be any hidden costs?

    If the services have been quoted for and there has been no significant change to the condition or job requirements, there will be no extra costs. 


    If an estimate is being provided, be sure to disclose all you can about the condition of the carpet so we can be as accurate as possible when giving you a price estimate.


    If on sighting the carpet during the walkthrough the technician sees significant undisclosed issues, the technician will discuss the revised price with you. 


  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    For your convenience and ours, we bring mobile Eftpos for payment at the time of service. 


    Payment can be made using debit or credit cards.


    Non-PayWave debit card transactions are free.

    Bank surcharge applies to PayWave and credit transactions.


    Online payment can also be made at the time of service.
